Thaddeus F. Golombek, age 82, Friday July 15, 2016.Retired from State of Ohio and was formerly with Reliance Electric, Toledo Scale andthe Ohio River Patrol.  Veteran U.S. Air Force Korean Conflict where he was stationed in Japan.  Member of the Kiwanis and Moose Clubs. Preceded in death by wife of 54 years Nancy Kustich Golombek. Survived by children T.J. Golombek of Columbus and Alison A. Golombek, M.D. of Seattle, WA.Friends may call Tuesday 4-7 p.m.at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday (arrangements later).Entombment  St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends who wish may contribute in his memory to the charity of their choice.
