I am a former service provider of Sam's having had the pleasure of working with him for more than a year. His larger-than-life personality was a joy to behold. I am grateful for the opportunity to know Sam. He left a deep and lasting impression. My heartfelt condolences to Sam's family, friends, and staff who were profoundly touched by this sweet and extraordinary soul.
