To Kath's friends and family. My deepest love sympathy. I just learned
of her passing.
I, at the time of her passing I was caught up with the illness of my wonderful
husband Brock Yates. He had a 12 year struggle with Alzheimer's.
Both his and my life were made better by knowing Kathy. She and I were
the same age and shared many laughs about growing old together.
A kinder, more loving person I have never met.

I went to school at St. Al's grade school which was on West Broad St. Columbus, Ohio. I went there from the first grade thru the fourth grade and then moved. I went to school with a girl named Kathleen Marie Shea and I was wondering if this is that girl. I thought Kathleen was the most beautiful and sweet person I ever met. I named my daughter after Kathleen because I wanted my Kathleen to have a beautiful life surrounded by people who loved her. I thought your Kathleen (if this is the same Kathleen I knew) had parents who loved her because when she was dropped off at school or picked up her parents always kissed her. I never had that in my life. Please accept my condolences for your loss. I compared my First Communion Picture with the picture posted here and it sure looks like the same Kathleen Marie.
