The depth of Joe's kindness knew no boundaries. We hope that all of us who were touched by Joe's thoughtfulness will remember the examples he left for all of us to follow over the years...we will miss Joe and the cards he sent to mark the events of our lives...

Joe was an angel on earth and now God called him home to be an angel in heaven. A great loss. He was more like a brother than a cousin! I am positive his Mom, Elizabeth and his Dad Michael are waiting with open arms! NO MORE SUFFERING! We will miss his sending us beautiful cards on special occasions!
GOD BLESS HIM AND MAY HE REST IN PEACE

I worked with Joe back in the 80's at the City of Columbus and then again at OSU around 2003 up to when he retired. He was one of the nicest bosses I've ever worked for. He was kind and compassionate to his employees, all while expecting them to follow the rules and do their best on the job. He will be missed by all those who knew him.

May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand.
