Violet Hartings

Violet Maseda Hartings passed away Sept 6th, 2023 peacefully in her sleep in St. Petersburg Florida.  She was proceeded by her beloved husband Norbert J. Hartings, and her son Frederick N. Hartings.  She is survived by her daughter Marina I Fortkamp, Grandchildren Joseph, Kristen, Matthew and Maggee as well as her many great grandchildren.  She was a lifelong devoted Catholic and proud matriarch for her family always stressing the importance of kinship and love.  She had an exuberance for sharing stories from her youth with her grandchildren and remained a devoted mother caring deeply about her family until her passing.  She will be laid to rest on Oct. 19th in Columbus Oh and reunited with Norbert in everlasting love and peace.
