Tom Rieder

Tom Rieder, age 77, passed away January 23, 2020 at Mt. Carmel East.  Born September 18, 1942 in Columbus, OH to the late Frank and Agnes Rieder.  Preceded in death by his parents; son, Stephen Rieder; sister, Cheryl Parker; brother, Jim Rieder.  Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Linda Rieder; children, Terri (Dennis) Strapp, Tim (Gayle) Rieder and Shawn Rieder; grandchildren, Andrew Addington-Strapp, Austin (Chelsie) Addington-Strapp, Joseph Strapp, Ciara (Chris) Wilber, Allison (Jonathan) Kitzmiller, Autumn (Greg) O’Dell, D.J. Strapp, Faith Ann Strapp, Mia Rieder and Audrey Rieder; great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Kolton, Kaiden, Karter and Kowen Kitzmiller, William and Myles O’Dell, Joie Addington-Strapp and Makayla Wilber; brothers, Michael (Kathleen), John (Zita) and Charles; sisters, Rita and Mary; many nieces, nephews and friends.  Friends may call Monday from 4-8 p.m. at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 403 East Broad Street.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 South High Street.  Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
