Thomas Bartholomew Wise, age 45, Monday Nov. 16, 2020 after a brief illness. Survived by wife Shannon; daughters Brittney and Destiny; grandchildren Wyatt and Elena; mother Mary Ann Wise; mother-in-law Mary Smith and father-in-law David (Lavonne) Smith; siblings Mike (Anais), Terry (Lindsay) Eyears, Timothy, Patrick (Elaine), Kate Cline, Zach; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.  Preceded in death by daughter Mary Kaydie, father Charles, and sister Patty Brown.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 11:00 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 S. High St.  with burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.  Friends may call Friday 9-10 a.m. at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 403 E. Broad St.
