Thomas J. Shannon

Thomas J. Shannon, born April 11, 1934 in Huntington, West VA, son of the late William S. and Marcia N. Shannon, also preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne H. Shanon (Imwalle) and brother, William “Bill” Shannon. Retired from ATT Technologies in 1993 after 36 years.  1952 Graduate of Aquinas College High School.  A Redcoat with The Ohio State University from 1974 to present.  Survived by his three children, twins, Kathleen Rice and Timothy (Amy Marcelle Allen)  Shannon and son, Robert (Amy) Shannon; grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Rice, Tanner, Syndney and Olivia Shannon; great-grandson, Brayden; sister-in-law, Jackie Shannon; loving companion of 23 years, Susan Karrington.  Family will receive friends at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 4661 Kenny Road on Friday, February 2 from 4-6 p.m. where a Funeral Service will begin at 6 p.m.   A private interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
