Ruth (Herron) Grannan

Ruth (Herron) Grannan, age 94, died peacefully in her sleep Sunday, November 20, 2022, at the home of her daughter. Graduated from North High School in 1946. Long-time employee of White, Rankin Law Firm. Retired from Title First Agency. Member of Holy Spirit Parish since 1953. Predeceased by father and mother (Francis S. and Ruth Ramsay Herron); husband, Robert; infant daughter, Peggy; daughter-in-law, Diana Prosser-Grannan; and brothers William (Betty) and Gene (Pat) Herron. Survived by sons Timothy (Kathy), Patrick; and daughter Molly (Ed) Maloof; grandchildren Robert and Kelly Grannan, Elizabeth (Vince) Relli-Dempsey, Elias Maloof, Ed (Caroline) and Nick (Kristin) Prosser. Great grandchildren Jack, Thomas, Grant, Luca, Leo, and Quin Prosser.

The family wishes to express our gratitude to Dr. Jennifer Giersch for many years of care and the Mt. Carmel Hospice team.

Friends may call 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME 403 E. Broad St. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday at Holy Spirit Church 4383 E. Broad St. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
