Patrick Lee Manley died May 13, 2022 at The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. Born March 18, 1952 in Columbus, OH, son of the late Robert and Marie (Sprafka) Manley. Also preceded in death by his wife Rebecca (Bowling) Manley.
Pat is survived by his wife, Maureen (McCool) Manley, daughter, Sarah Manley; stepchildren Amie (and Jason) Case, Cory Ehler, Lindsay Pridham; grandchildren, Zachary (13), Lucas (9), and Connor (7) Case; Reese (10) and Jax (7) Ehler; brother, Michael Manley; nephew Ryan Manley and extended family.
Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 18th at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home 403 E. Broad St. A public Celebration of Life will be held later.
Pat was a lifelong Columbus resident and a graduate of Linden-McKinley High School (‘70) and The Ohio State University (‘74, ‘87). He was a retired elementary school teacher, with 30 years at Columbus City Schools. Pat was an avid Buckeyes fan and enjoyed playing basketball, softball, and golf throughout his life. He had a great sense of humor and loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren and dogs. Pat was a fighter and put his faith in God’s plan.
