Patrick Francis Bennett

Patrick Bennett, age 91, passed away June 12, 2026.  Pat was born in Columbus on January, 14, 1935 to the late Francis and Helen Bennett.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army.  He worked for many years in the Insurance Industry.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Sonja Bennett; brother, Michael Bennett; nephews, Chuck Capuano and Bret Bennett and grandson, Troy Bennett.  He is survived by his children, Kevin Bennett, Karin (Steve) Wise and Michael (Jennifer) Bennett; grandchildren, Joseph Bennett, Angelina (Eric) Cooper, Nicholas Bennett, Natalie Bennett, Caroline Bennett, Kelly Bennett and Kyle Bennett; great-grandchildren, Nico, Gigi and Meadow Cooper; nephew, Bradford Capuano; nieces Cathy Capuano, Bridget Bennett Norris and Brittany Baumgartner; many other relatives.  A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at 10am at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 South High Street on the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetery where a burial will follow.
