Patricia E. Devereaux

Patricia E. Devereaux, age 84, was called home by our Lord on September 2, 2022.  She was born on September 16, 1937 to the late Virgil Sturgill and Willa Williams.  Patti was an avid Notre Dame fan, loved her family unconditionally and was a true blessing to have in your life.  She will be truly missed.  She is preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Carol Fitzpatrick and Karen Devereaux; brother, Bill Sturgill; sisters, Myrna Freshcorn and Carol Malone. Patti is survived by her loving husband of 38 years Donald Devereaux; children, Bill (Vicki) Fitzpatrick, Cynthia (Donnis) Kennedy, Cheryl (Randy) Taynor, Debbie (Ed) Studer, Dawn (Mike) Albright, Mary (Ted) Nelson, Patrick (Gale) Devereaux; grandchildren, Billy (Shannon), Matt (Cindi) and Shaun (Kayla) Fitzpatrick, Jeffrey and Kayla Kennedy, Donald (Marlena) and Brandon Taynor, Ryan and Dustin Devereaux, Kelly Studer and Mariah Albright; great-grandchildren, Grace and Ryan Fitzpatrick, Corbin and Erin Fitzpatrick, Aubrey Fitzpatrick, Gavin Castle, Keegan Bousquet, Riley Kennedy, Ava Speakman, Evelyn, Faye and McKenna Taynor, Anthony, Madison and Regan Devereaux, and Savannah Albright; brother, Virgil (Sara) Sturgill; sisters, Linda (Bill) Raines and Brenda (Mark) Wilson; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday from 9am – 10 am at St. Patrick Church, 280 North Grant Avenue where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m.  Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fr. Smith Aquinas Endowment Fund.
