Nik was born & raised in Columbus and was employed as a Pharmacy Technician at The Ohio State University, James Infusion Clinic. He was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Maritime Safety & Security Team stationed in Galveston, Texas and was awarded numerous medals, badges, citations, and campaign ribbons for his service. Nik was a graduate of Bishop Watterson High School and was attending Otterbein University working towards a degree in Allied Health.  He had a passion for knowledge and a zest for life.  He loved spending time outdoors and enjoyed many activities as long as the sun was shining. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed the Blue Jackets,  Buckeyes, Miami Heat, the Saints and UFC events.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter & Elizabeth Cassell & Sheila Wagner; uncles Gary & Mike and aunts Steffi & Lisa and his best furry pal Moses. He will be greatly missed by his devoted parents Don & Kim Wagner; brother Paul (Andrea) Wagner, sister Olivia Wagner (Mason Schulefand); adoring niece & nephew Mia Grace and Griffin Paul and the love of his life, Haylee Amick; best friends Mike Langley and Jerry Limones; many adoring aunts, uncles, cousins and furry friends Koda, Luna, Bella & Mandu.  Nik was committed to a life of service and his last heroic gift was that of organ donor.  Because of his selflessness, 4 families were given the gift of life on January 21st.
