Mary Anne Huber

Mary Anne Huber passed away Friday, March 3, 2023. She was born July 7, 1939 in Columbus, OH. Preceded in death by parents, Edward Timothy and Mary Elizabeth (Lynn) Huber, brothers, Frank A, (Mary Kaye), John J., Robert A., (Mary Joan), Reverend William D., Brother Richard Lynn CSC, Peter J., Nephew Gary J., Great Nephew Joseph.  Survived by Sister-in-Law, Joan Huber, 13 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews and their children.   Graduate of St. Mary, High School (Marion, OH.) and the College of Mount St. Joseph.  Occupation: Teacher, Librarian and also worked for the State of Ohio.   Former volunteer at Ohio Village, former board member at Huber Machinery Museum, a docent for the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium since 1988.   She loved gorillas and helped care for two babies in the zoo nursery. Friends may call Monday, March 13 from 4-7 p.m. at Egan-Ryan Northwest Chapel, 4661 Kenny Road.  A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, March 14 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Church, 6899 Smoky Row Road.  Burial to follow at St Mary Cemetery, Marion, Ohio. In Lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
