Mary Ann (Plageman) Worley

Mary Ann Worley age 76, Wednesday April 6, 2022. Born September 19, 1945 to Alfred and Dorothy Plageman. Predeceased by her husband Marion O. Worley, Jr.; parents, and mother and father-in-law, Marion and Rita Worley. She is survived by sons, Phillip (Jennifer) Christopher and Lawrence (Allison) Worley; granddaughters Melanie and Genevieve Worley; grandson Logan Worley; step-grandsons Tyler Manning and Liam Pathis; brother Thomas (Sharon) Plageman; brothers-in-law, Roy (Denise) and William (Gwen) Worley; sisters-in-law, Carol Wilson, Patricia Worley, Alice (John) Blanchard, Mary Catherine (Harley) McGee and Valerie (Joe) Kruger; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mary Ann graduated from St. Joseph Academy in 1963.  She volunteered for the USO and area hospitals in her youth. Married January 18, 1969, she was a loving homemaker for her husband and three sons and worked in a variety of administrative positions to support her family. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME 403 E. Broad St. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery Lockbourne, OH. The family would like to extend their heart-felt gratitude to the staff and caregivers at Wesley Woods of New Albany for their kind and dedicated service to Mary Ann. In lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.
