Mary M. Gartner

With great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Mary M. Gartner, a loving, nurturing, kind-hearted, and selfless woman of immense faith who cherished her family and friends, fulfilled her curiosity and sense of adventure with her worldly travels, and who derived great joy in cultivating her garden.  For a little added excitement, she would occasionally enjoy the slots.

Our beautiful, remarkable, and resilient mother is survived by her brothers Jon (Jan) McCleery and Charles (Kathy) Sigrist, her children Chuck (Chryssa) Gartner, Lisa Gartner, Kathy Williams, Lori (Kent) Sanders, Patrick (Dolores) Gartner, and Ted (Miriam) Gartner, twelve grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.  All, along with lifelong friends, will remember her for her easy and outgoing nature and wonderful sense of humor.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, November 2 from 1-3 p.m. at the Egan-Ryan Northwest Chapel, 4661 Kenny Road, Columbus.
