Kurt will be remembered by his family and many friends as a gentle and kind man. He was appreciated for his intelligence, wit, and his irreverent sense of humor, his love of laughter, and the telling of jokes and tall tales. He was an esoteric collector of books, stamps, fruit stickers, objects and other quirky memorabilia. He haunted flea markets and thrift shops in search of the unusual find.
