Katie S. Marcus

Katie Mae Sims Marcus answered the call peacefully and gracefully on October 31, 2021. She was born February 10, 1925 to David and Essie Sims in Roopville, Georgia. She was the 4th of 7 children. She obeyed the Gospel and on September 18, 1959 was added to the Lord’s Church and was a faithful Christian and sincere bible student. She shared her faith and bible knowledge with all that knew her. She loved singing and one of her favorite songs was “I Am Living By Faith.” She leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her passing sister Earlene Montgomery and many nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be Tuesday November 9, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00am at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home 403 E Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Burial to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio.
