Kathleen Ann Fox Myers Obituary

Kathleen Ann Fox Myers, age 78 of West Chester, Ohio, passed away on November 9, 2024 at The Margret J. Thomas Inpatient Care Center with the care of Hospice of Cincinnati.

Kathy was the second of the seven daughters of George and Jackie Fox, born November 11, 1945, while her father was serving in the Philippines.  She always enjoyed sharing that she first met her father when she was 9 months old.

Kathy attended St. Catharine School and remained active in the parish Catholic Youth Organization through high school while attending St. Mary of the Springs Academy, Class of ‘63. She forged many strong and treasured friendships.

After graduating from Mount Carmel School of Nursing, Kathy met Herb, married, and settled in West Chester Ohio where they raised two daughters.  Nursing provided varied opportunities for her. Entertaining family and friends, Church community and activities, music and playing the piano brought her great joy.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Terry Fox and Diane Horner, brother-in-law Danny Horner, son-in-law Mark Leonard, nephew Allen Horner and niece Meredith Joyce.

Kathy is survived by her husband Herbert L. Myers III, daughters Nancy Leonard and Lisa Click, granddaughters Isabella Leonard and Courtney Click (Luke), sisters Pam McKinley (Pat), Angel Clark, Nancy Fox and Julie Bartlett (Mike), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

The family has requested a private interment.
