Karen Marie Hiser

Karen Marie, beloved daughter of George and Joan Kerber, left us too soon on July 9, 2024. She worked for Lock 16 restaurant and catering for 30 + years.  She loved plants, music, animals, the beach and especially her family: children Erika (Hiser) Wilkinson, Trevor Wiley, grandchildren Zao and Zuri, son-in-law Tony, sister Kim (Kerber) Dahl and husband Dave, brother Thomas Kerber, nieces Megan, Katie, Sarah, and nephew Benjamin, great nephew Warren and great nieces Eleanor and Poppy.  She was preceded in death by a baby brother, George Jr., grandparents Lorenz and Cecelia Kerber, Garnet and Marion Clain. A Celebration of life is being planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, care for a plant or a pet in her memory, or donate to The James Cancer Center.
