It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our son, brother, and uncle, Joseph D. Regan, age 61, who passed away January 29, 2024. Joe was proceeded in death by Larry Booth Jr. ( Nephew) and Brendan Woosley (Great Nephew). He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Regan; siblings, Tim (Marta), Jane (Pat) Donovan, Pat (Vicki), John (Shannon), Brian, Katie (Brien) Donovan, and Michael; numerous nieces and nephews: Jerry Booth, Melissa Booth, Emily Regan, Sean Regan, Cory Regan, Kyle Regan, John Regan, Keely Regan, Molly Regan, Victoria Regan, Stephanie Regan, Amber Regan, Liam Donovan, Emma Donovan, Ava Donovan, and great nieces and nephews.
Born on July 16th 1962, Joe was the oldest of eight Regan children. Joe attended St. Mary Magdalene grade school and was a 1980 graduate of Bishop Ready High School. He enlisted in the United States Marines and served in Norfolk Virginia and Hawaii from 1980 to 1989. Joe enjoyed motorcycles, gardening and his dogs. May his soul find eternal peace and may his memory bring comfort and strength to all who knew him.
Friends may call Friday from 5-7 p.m. at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 403 East Broad Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene, 473 S. Roys Avenue. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
