Joseph Bruce Horner

Joseph Bruce Horner, age 66, passed away Monday, January 17th, 2022 in Columbus Ohio.  Bruce was born in Salisbury, MD on March 31, 1955. Son of the late Donald Horner (with beloved stepmother Jane) and Joyce Jones. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Tully; his children, Joe (Ashley), Will, Lucy, John, Sam, and Anne; grandson, Charlie; siblings Chris (Bob) Watts, Mike (Donna) Hoch, Tammy (Steven) Biser, and Dale Midkiff; other family includes cousins Bud (Beverly) Horner, Sandy Horner, aunt Priscilla Jones, and many nieces and nephews. A graduate from the State University of New York, and Ohio University (MFA), Bruce spent his life creating beautiful things as an artist, woodworker, and designer. Friends may call Sunday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00am on Monday, Jan. 24th at St. Patrick Church, 280 N Grant Ave, Columbus, OH 43215. The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed and can be viewed below or by visiting this link.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Circleville, OH. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to St. Patrick Church or Kobacker House.
