John E. "Jack" Schreiner, age 80, passed away May 3, 2025, surrounded by his adoring family. Jack graduated from Hilliard High School in 1962, with many accolades for his role on the football team, then attended The Ohio State University. He spent his career owning and operating JE Schreiner Graphics printing company. After retiring from printing, he perused corporate real estate as an agent for Myers Reas Estate and KRG Reality.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Gloria, daughters Deborah (Douglas) Donelson and Catherine (Jeff) Hill, his siblings Daniel & Nancy Schreiner along with many loving relatives and friends. Jack will be remembered for his passion for boating, fishing and as an avid OSU football fan. He was a man of great courage, strength and love, but of his many accomplishments he considered his family to be the greatest of them all. Family and friends will fondly remember his gentle demeanor, sense of humor, words of wisdom and lifelong friendships.
Jack was a 32nd degree Mason and a Aladin Temple Shrine, The Downtown Sertoma Club ( Past President), Briarwood Fishing Club, National Rifle Assocation, Columbus Men's bowling Association, Printing Industry of Central Ohio, a member of Counter Intelligence at Paul's Pantry, Columbus Board of Realtors and Northwest United Methodist Church.
For friends and family, a celebration of life & luncheon will be held at The Amelita Mirolo Barn, 4395 Carriage Hill Lane, Upper Arlington, OH 43220. June 28, 2025 from 11a-2p please send regrets only to 614-506-5434 (text or voicemail).
Interment will be held privately at Union Cemetery.
