JoAnn Callahan O’Brien was welcomed into this world on September 18, 1961 by her loving parents, Joe & Wanda Callahan. Waiting for her arrival were her two older brothers, Michael & David, who always looked after their baby sister throughout her life.
JoAnn attended St. Matthias grade school, St. Francis DeSales High School and took a test-run at Ohio University. She worked in the real estate title industry for more than 20 years where she was a well-known and a well-regarded member.
She loved to travel with her friends and family, never passing up a chance to visit San Francisco and enjoy a beverage at the Buena Vista or spending a few nights at the Don Cesar on St. Pete Beach.
Preceding JoAnn in death and waiting for her in heaven are her parents Joe & Wanda and her brother David. She passed away on November 24, 2021 at the James Cancer Hospital with her loved ones surrounding her.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Joseph, Cooper & Kathryn O’Brien, her estranged husband Victor O’Brien. her brother Michael (Chris) Callahan, her nieces Kelly (Angie), Karin & Erica Callahan, as well as other extended family members including many loving cousins, her In-laws (or Outlaws), and many nieces and nephews.
JoAnn will be remembered for her persistent loving and caring attitude. She was a fighter and survivor of lymphoma. She will be missed dearly and never replaced.

A Funeral Mass will take place 10 am on Saturday December 11th at St. Timothy Church 1088 Thomas Ln.
