Jeffrey Robert Ulrich, 57, left us far too soon on April 26, 2022. Jeff was born April 12, 1965, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Frederick L. and Roberta Verdone Ulrich. He is survived by his wife Angela Ater Ulrich of Chillicothe, his sister Kristin and her husband Ric Butler of Bexley, nieces and nephew Katie, Maggie and Nicholas Butler; aunt Suzanne (Al) Lindberg; uncle Robert (Marty) Verdone; cousins Tony (Wendy), Nicole, Tina, Angelo, Dominic and Vincent Verdone; in-laws Patrick and Pam Haas; and long-time friend, Patrick Murray. Jeff was a 1983 graduate of Bishop Hartley High School and held a degree from Franklin University. He enjoyed keeping in touch with his former classmates via social media and reunions. Jeff had an encyclopedic knowledge of baseball and football statistics, and he was an enthusiastic member of several fantasy leagues. Jeff’s love of sports was equaled only by his love of music. The Grateful Dead and the Clash were two of his all-time favorite bands, and Bruce Springsteen’s Thunder Road was his favorite song. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST. where a Funeral Service will begin at 4 p.m. Private burial at St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, make a delivery driver’s day by giving an exceptionally large tip the next time you order a pizza.
