Jean McCartney Lynch

Jean McCartney Lynch, born May 17, 1927 went to be with her Lord & Savior on October 2, 2019.  Born to Scott & Avis McCartney in Buffalo, NY, she married Jack Lynch November 2, 1947. They had 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.  Jack preceded Jean in death on October 4, 1989.  Jean's passions were horses, serving, and Jesus.  She served on multiple Walk to Emmaus weekends, Oklahoma Prison Fellowship, Kairos, and traveled to England with Volunteers for Missions in 1992.  She also served in the food pantry, volunteered in the church office and sang in the choir at Eastview UMC in Columbus, OH.  She is survived by her son, David (Karen) Lynch, grandchildren, Angela (Patrick) Mitchell, Janet (Jeremy) Phillips, Scotty, Angel, and 6 great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be held Friday, October 11th at Wesley Ridge 2225 Taylor Park Dr, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 at 10am with a service at 11am.
