Eugene Sergio Obituary

Eugene “Gene” Sergio, age 91, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on January 7, 2021. Gene was born and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He served proudly in the United States Air Force during the Korean War as a flight engineer and enjoyed sharing experiences with fellow veterans. He was a true salesman and over his lifetime was involved with several businesses. He is survived by his wife of 46 years MaryAnn, daughters Denise Sergio Holmes and Allison Sergio; step-daughter Lisa Radkowski, brothers Ronald and Dominic Sergio, sister Anita Sergio Quaglione and grandchildren Robyn, Aimee, Khara, Bethany, Ethan, Josh, Jenna and Seth. Preceded in death by son Kent, parents Eugene and Amelia Sergio, brother Frank Sergio and sister Theresa Sergio Scarlatta. Due to current restrictions a Celebration of Gene’s life will be planned for a later date.
