Edgel William Mann, age 63, died Sunday July 19, 2020.  Born in Toledo, Ohio Sept.14,1956 and lived in Cape Coral, Florida & Pickerington, Ohio. Veteran U.S. Marines, Viet Nam Conflict. Preceded in death by parents Edgel Lowell Mann & Ruby Glass Mann. Survived by his beloved aunt & uncle Carolyn & Garry McGovern of Pickerington,Ohio; sister Rachel Dronyk (Stephan) of Toledo, Ohio; brother Jimmy Walters and fiancée Barbara Burrington of Indiana; niece Taylor; nephews Tyson & Teegan; many aunts & uncles; special cousin Janie Miller; special aunt Overda Calloway.  Funeral Service will be Monday July 27, 2020 10:30 a.m. at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST. where friends may call one hour prior to the service.  Entombment St. Joseph Cemetery.
