Dr. Ruben T Agra

Dr. Ruben T Agra, "Papa Agra, " loved his family and loved to dance.  He danced his way into Heaven surrounded by his family on January 19, 2022.

He leaves behind his devoted wife of 59 years, Dr. Lolita Agra, whom he chased and caught while attending Far Eastern University School of Medicine in the Philippines.  Together, the young couple traveled to the United States to complete their specialty training and start their family.

He was so proud of his children: sons Allen (Florence) and Dean (Ruth) and daughter Marissa (Doug Paul)

He was the beloved Papa to seven grandchildren: Hillary (Jon Johnson), Haley, Abbey, Sam (Therese), Maggie, Maddox and Westin. He was also excited to soon welcome two great grandchildren.

He will be remembered for his love of his extended Agra and Rodriguez families, his devotion to medicine and the practice of anesthesiology, and all the supportive friends he made at the hospitals in his 45+ years of practice, as well as his care of God's creatures (especially dogs, chickens and goats) at his beloved Acadia Farms.
