Cheyenne Michelle Hodges

Cheyenne Michelle Hodges, 28, of Westerville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 17, 2020. She is now reunited with her father Michael in Heaven. Cheyenne was born February 23, 1992 in Jamestown , NY to Michael A. Hodges and Carissa L. Dorrion. Formerly from Jamestown, NY, she attended both Southwestern and Frewsburg High school. Cheyenne was a dedicated mother who devoted all her love to her children while ambitiously pursuing a career in retail management at Aldo shoe store. She also obtained Yellow Status Independent Presenter with Younique Beauty where she exhibited the company’s mission to "Uplift, Empower and Validate women". Cheyenne is survived by her four sons Nazayah (10), Kingston (6), Karter (4), Tru (15 months); soulmate and love Tyler McDermott (father of Tru); mother and stepfather Carissa and Bill Dorrion; paternal grandparents Jan and Chuck Hodges; maternal grandparents Barb and Larry Foulk; sister and step sisters Jessica Hodges, Anissa Keaton, Morgan Benson; aunt Michelle (Ron) Tonkin; uncle Don (Diane) Foulk; niece Evangeline Hall; nephew Kenton Knight; life-long friend Chelsea Stillman; close friend and assumed mother-in-law Amy McDermott (grandmother of Tru). The family thanks coworkers and friends from Victoria Secret, Aldo shoe store and Younique Beauty for their outpouring love and support.

Cheyenne’s legacy lives through Lifeline of Ohio where she became a registered organ donor. Five out of seven organs were successfully matched for recipients to receive a second chance at life. This one small act exemplified her love and selfless nature towards others.
