Beth Burkhart, age 65, a devoted mother, beloved friend, and devout Christian, passed away peacefully at her home in Columbus, Ohio, on January 6, 2025. She was born on October 24, 1959, in Frankfort, Indiana, to the late Harry and Loretta Moore. Beth dedicated her life to serving and caring for others. She lovingly devoted herself to raising her four children as a stay-at-home mother, offering them unwavering support and guidance. Beth cherished traveling with her children as they grew into adulthood, creating memories they will treasure forever. She loved nothing more than being a mother, and she showed this fact every day in her words and actions. Later in life, Beth extended her compassion to the community by working at Ohio State University’s mammography clinic, where she aided women battling breast cancer. Beth truly lived a selfless life, and she was always a shoulder to lean on, no matter family, friend, or stranger. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of her loved ones, and all those whose lives she touched. Beth was preceded in death by her parents, and her nephew, Harry. She is survived by her children, Daniel, Anna, David, and Marie; her brother, David, his spouse, Kris, her nephew, Aaron, and his spouse, Gia. A private memorial service to celebrate Beth’s life with her family and close friends was held at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home.
