Alida Marie Sfalcin

Alida Marie Sfalcin passed away on February 16, 2026 after a short illness

She was pre-deceased by her parents Domenic and Lidia Sfalcin and is survived by her sister Adriana (Adri) Sfalcin along with many beloved cousins, family members and friends.

After 18 years of Catholic Education she spent 41 years teaching at Bishop Watterson and Bishop Hartley High Schools.  She also received Certification and tutored at the Columbus Dyslexia Center from 2000 until her passing.  Her tutoring and mentoring other tutors positively impacted many students.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday March 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Peace, 20 E. Dominion Blvd. Columbus Ohio. 43214 with calling hours prior to the Mass from 9:30 - 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
