GRIMES Robert J. “Bruno” Grimes, age 88, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday June 2, 2017. Graduated from Holy Family High School. A lifetime member and supporter of Holy Family Church. Also a life member of VFW Post 4044. US Army Veteran of the Korean War. Preceded in death by wife Geneva; parents, Arthur and Elizabeth (Cronin) Grimes; siblings; Arthur, Eileen Wein, Patricia Wellnitz, Richard, Lois Hughes, Kathleen “Barney” Hall, John, Jane Higgins and Maureen Messer; niece, Debby Fleming. Survived by daughter, Lavon (Dwayne) Maynard; grandchildren, Brittany and Brandon; many nieces and nephews including those that were his caregivers John Fleming, Jodi Greer, Courtney Inks, Rochelle Seel, Siobhan Holdren. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME 403 E. Broad St. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Church 584 W. Broad St. Burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute in his memory to Holy Family Church. "Thanks a million"
