Martha A. Hunter, age 85, longtime resident of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and New Port Richey, Florida passed on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Kobacker House. Widow of Lt. Clarence E. Hunter (deceased) of the Reynoldsburg Police Department. She is also preceded in death by parents, Carl P. Clagett, Sr. and Rose Weiner Clagett; sisters, Rosemary Schweiss and Carol Ramey; brother, James Clagett. She is survived by daughters, Marianne Wenger, Melinda (Stephen) Overholser and Melanie (Keith Tarvainen) Hunter; son, Stephen Wenger; grandchildren, Ronald (Ewelina) Farkas, Lindsay (Jason) Chavez, Stephen (Lauren) Overholser, Dustin (Miriam Guirgis) Overholser; great-grandchildren, Vivian, Cooper, and Noelle Chavez and Julia Farkas; brothers, Monsignor Carl P. Clagett, Jr., Wayne (Louise) Clagett; brother-in-law, Paul Ramey; dear friend, Clifford Bennett. Family will receive friends on Monday, September 23 from 11am to noon at Mother McCrory Manor, 5199 E. Broad St., Columbus. Service to follow at noon in the Chapel. Private interment. No flowers, please.
