She was born on October 15, 1939 in the country city Hoiping, Guangdong Province, China located in the Pearl River Delta; she spent her youth living both in Hoiping and Hong Kong; she came to the United States when she was 21 and settled in Columbus, Ohio. Foon was strong, loving, kind-hearted, compassionate, hard-working, lively and energetic. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and mahjong

Survived by daughter, Mee Lun (Robert) Chau and their children Lily (Rodin) and Michael; daughter, Mee Lei (Jeff) Galbreath and their children Jessica (Nic) and their child Logan, Sarah and Nicholas; daughter, Mee Soon (Eric) Wong and their children Andrew, Beverly and Calvin; daughter, Mee Tai (Rich) Wong and their children Anthony and Mitchell; daughter Mee Shau (George) Wilson; son, Chung Seng (Maddy) Lam; mother, Kwan Wong Choi King; brother, Henry Kam Yuen Kwan; sister, Judy Kam Shau Kwan; brother, Charlie Kam Siu Kwan; sister, Lucy Kam Hing Kwan. Friends may visit Saturday, April 22 from 11am-12noon at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 East Broad Street, where a funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Private burial.
