Kathleen C. McClernon, age 72, Friday April 13, 2018. Preceded in death by her parents, Ralph E. “Kelly” & Grace S. Cody and son Terence P. McClernon. Survived by her husband Peter; daughter Kelly (Paul Close); grandchildren, Kathleen Van Duzen, Connor, Joseph, David and Rachel Close brothers, Msgr. John K. Cody, Daniel S. and Robert M. (Kim) Cody; sister Barbara Cody (John) Burkholder; nieces Katelynn Detweiler and Deidre Cody; nephews  Jeffrey Burkholder and Sean Cody; other relatives and friends. Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday April 16th and Tuesday April 17th, Vigil Service 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home 403 E. Broad St. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday April 18th at Our Lady of Peace Church 20 E. Dominion Blvd. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute to the Doyle  Memorial For Learning Disabilities Donor Fund c/o The Catholic Foundation 257 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43215 to create a scholarship in Kathy’s memory.
