Jean Marilyn Sheedy passed peacefully, May 29, 2017 at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor. Our Mother was kind, fun loving and generous, loved by all who knew her. Jean was born January 15, 1930 in Cincinnati Ohio to Claire Hawkins Robinson and Richard B. Robinson. She is preceded in death by her husband James P. Sheedy and dearest daughter, Diane Claire Sheedy. She is survived by her devoted children, ML (Pat) McGovern, Mike (Pam) Sheedy, Mark (Penni) Sheedy, Cathy (Kevin) Walsh, Nan (Chris) Barnum; grandchildren, Tim McGovern, Alex & Sam Sheedy, Matthew & Michael Sheedy, Cameron Cooper, Conor (Lara) Hughes, Claire & Helen Walsh and Caroline & Gracie Barnum; great grandchildren, Hendrix, Holden and Dempsey Hughes. Jean is preceded in death by her brother, Richard E. Robinson and survived by her beloved sisters, Claire O’Neil, Nancy Henry and Mary Lou Krallman. ‘Jeannie’ shared a love of travel and gardening with her loving husband ‘Jimmie’ of 57 years. She was a longtime member of Twig 113 of Children’s Hospital where she made many lasting friendships. Jean attended St. Joseph Academy and The Ohio State University. Friends are invited to call 4-7 p.m. Friday at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME NORTHWEST CHAPEL 4661 Kenny Rd. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael Church 5750 N.
