Harold Lowell Rowan, age 80, of Gahanna, Ohio passed away peacefully on July 3, 2017 after being hospitalized for complications of his failing health. Harold was born March 16, 1937 to the late Harold M. and Erma (Jones) Rowan and was preceded in death by his sister, Naomi Laughlin all of Athens, Ohio. Harold is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Phyllis J. Rowan, sons, Dan (Kathleen Lach) Rowan, Mike (Simona) Rowan, and daughter, Teri (Doug Seward) Rowan, grandchildren, Mallory Rowan, Patrick Rowan, Holly Rowan, Harley Wheaton, Eric Rowan and Rain Rowan. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. with a Celebration of Life reception at 5 p.m. on Sunday July 30th at Stonybrook United Methodist Church 485 Cherry Bottom Rd. Gahanna, OH 43230.
