Florence Karpowicz

Florence Hedwig Karpowicz, age 93, died Friday July 5, 2019. Born December 1, 1925 in Chicago, IL.  Founding member of St. Philip the Apostle Parish and member of the Altar Rosary Society.  Retired from Wonnell, Janes, Wolfrom and Mooney Law Firm and Colonial Finance.  Member of the Whitehall Senior Citizens Club.    Preceded in death by husband of over 50 years Joseph; siblings Helen Sikora, Chester Wyzkiewicz, Sr. Martha Wyzkiewicz, SSJ-TOSF.   Survived by sons Joseph (Gabrielle) of Westerville, Oh. and Edward (Pauline) of Frederick, Md.; grandchildren Katie (Daks) Hall, Andy , Anna and Flora; great granddaughter Caroline Hall; numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends may call Monday 4-8 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 S. High St.  Fr. David E.
