Elaine Rae (Keeley) Hayes

Elaine Rae Hayes (née Keeley) of Columbus passed away, fortified by the rites of Holy Mother Church, early on the morning of Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the age of 81. Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, William and Iona (Cline) Keeley; sister, Juanita (Harry); brother, William (Pat), and her daughter Rebecca Lynn Hayes. Elaine is survived by her husband of 60 years, Thomas J. Hayes, her eight children, Timothy, Charles (Sue), Susan, Jeffrey (Regina), David (Carolyn), Kevin, Steven, and William, her thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Family and friends will be received in Columbus on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, from 12 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service starting at 7:30p.m, at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 4661 Kenny Road Columbus. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Columbus at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 1088 Thomas Ln, Columbus, OH 43220.  Burial Resurrection Cemetery, Pittsburgh, PA.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Timothy Church, Columbus, Ohio.
