Charles W. Wright, age 92, passed away at home surrounded by his family on November2, 2017. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy who served for 6 years during World War II and was a part of the Pacific Theater.   Charles worked for Pennsylvania Railroad for 13 years before working for Western Electric where he retired after 28 years.  He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Renate L. Wright; step-daughters, Dollie Kloh, Monica (Harry) Starkey; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, John J. and Fern Wright; brother, Robert Brown; sisters, Helen Elizabeth Wackenhuth and Carolyn Lukas and step-daughter, Margit Hardy.  Friends may call Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 403 East Broad Street.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 584 West Broad Street.  Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.  Donations may be made to Holy Family Church.
