Philip A. Knall, Jr., age 95, of Scottsdale, Arizona. August 8, 2017.  He was the second oldest of 13 children born to Philip A Knall Sr. and Barbara Zoeller on May 31, 1922. Phil grew up in Columbus, Ohio,and married Mary Lou Recob in 1947 and later Phyllis E. Lloyd in 1962. He is a retired Navy pilot  and served in WWII. After a long career in the Transportation Industry he lived between Sun City Arizona and Dublin, Ohio. He is survived by his two sons Philip A. Knall III and Douglas A. Knall of Scottsdale Arizona. Five stepchildren, Deborah A. Gerlach, Columbus, Robert F. (Susan)  Lloyd, Houston,  Carole E. Lloyd, Mexico, John E. (Linda) Lloyd, Dublin, and Mary Lou (Gary) Frisch, Galena, Ohio; youngest brother Howard D. (Mary Lou) Knall, Goodyear, Arizona, many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Friends and family will gather for a Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. Thursday September 7, 2017 at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 S.
