Patrick E. D. Hammar, age 31, Weds. Jan 11, 2017 at Riverside Hospital.  Graduate of St. Charles Preparatory School Class of 2003 and attended The Ohio State University.  He had a career as a Web Site Designer, was an avid sports fan and a Trivia Champion. 

Survived by parents James and Tracy Hammar; brothers William and Alexander; dear friends Rebecca Taylor, Alex Connor and Michael Lewandowski; many family and friends. 

Friends may call Sunday 2-5 p.m. at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 403 E. Broad St.  Prayer service 5:00 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at St. Charles Preparatory School, 2010 E. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43209.  Private burial later.
