Aunt Mara will always hold a special place in our family’s heart. We cherish the memories of holiday and family gatherings where Aunt Mara always had great stories to tell and a mischievous smile. We will always admire Aunt Mara’s strength, perseverance and dedication to her family as well as her love of birds and nature. God bless and keep you.

To the Family & Friends of Mara, Dort & I are thinking of you for the loss of a loved one. From the little bit of time I got to spend with Mara, I never heard one complaint about her illness. Through it all, she remained dedicated to her family and faith. Dort & I were thinking back about the time Don & Mara stayed with us for one of Don's class reunions. It was great, just to sit and talk with them. She will surely be missed by all. Love ya, Tom & Dort

I have never met Mara but I'm sure the world was a better place with her here. Seeing her picture melted my heart. You can tell from her smile that she's the type of person this place needs more of. It seems this beautiful woman not only lived to care for others but also was doing God's work and I've no doubt she will be missed by many. May she rest in peace and my condolences to all who were blessed enough to know her.

Mara, was my dear sweet cousin , she always had a smile for you and her kind words of wisdom.
