After working with Louann for several months as her driver, I saw her great sense of humor, taste and fun that her friends and family all knew. Working with her close friend Belle and hearing such nice things about her, I can see what a great time she had over the years with them. She'll be very missed.

My condolences on Louann’s passing, Chip. Mother was really broken up while telling me. So glad, though, that you were all able to join her for her birthday.
