We just found out about Joe's passing and we are deeply saddened. He was a great person and we enjoyed his visits. A couple years ago we talked about his service on a "Tin-Can" in the Navy, during WWII. He was a heck of a guy and we will miss seeing him.

It saddens me that I didn't know that Joe had passed in October. Unfortunately I was attending my best friends funeral during that time. Joe was a great person. We enjoyed his sales calls. Loved that he was still carrying on in business. He shared pictures of his family which he was proud of and told us all about his cruises. We enjoyed hearing the story of his WWII write up in the Dispatch. We still have pictures that he brought to us in the front office.

Uncle Joe was my Father's, Larry's , brother. we have many fond memories of him and your lovely mother. They were kind, gentle people who embraced life through their family and their travels. Your Dad always wrote us a Christmas card filled with pictures of all of you.
Our sincere sympathies in the passing of this wonderful man, father, grandfather and husband. The world was very fortunate to be honored with his presence for 94 years! May he Rest In Peace.

It was an honor to know Joe and be his neighbor in Powell. I am thankful to have met him after walking down the street and noticing his Navy Veteran vehicle plates. I was particularly moved when he shared some of his D-Day experience on his ship in WWII, and I appreciate his service. Very sorry for the loss of Joe.
