My sincere condolences - I hope you are comforted in the knowledge that Dr Grabner is in a better place.

Dr. Grabner was a wonderful teacher who put his students first and deeply cared about them - even long after graduation. He has been a great inspiration and supporter in my career and I will always be grateful.

We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

I graduated in 1988 in logistics and still love what I do. Dr. Grabner and two other professors help shape me into this profession. I still remember going to his office to discuss needed topic information that he would be able to answer from his detailed, organized file system. :) He played a part in the profession I chose and supported me towards the hire process from THE OSU. I'm truely greatful. My condolences to the family.

John was a good man who always placed his students first. He was a man of wit and always ready to interject a comment on any topic that was being discussed. He was a friend to all of the OSU doctoral students and I remember fondly the times that I was able to interace with him and Charlene at various events. He was a pivital part of the OSU logistics faculty. In combination with Bud LaLonde, he helped make the OSU logistics program world renowned. I salute his love of OSU and the discipline. My condolences to his very large family and friends.
