JANAAN “Nan” SULLIVAN ARNOLD
Nan Arnold was born in Dubuque, Iowa on July 14, 1924.  She died on July 22, 2016 at Kobacker House from pancreatic cancer.  Nan was a homemaker and took great pride in that job and in her family.  She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church for 47 years.  Nan was extremely devoted to the rosary and the Blessed Virgin.

Nan met her husband, Donald Joseph Arnold, while working at Savannah Ordinance Depot in Savannah, Illinois. During their 57 year marriage, they raised four children.  Nan's greatest joy was spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Nan was an avid reader, particularly of political and historic books.  She was also concerned with the welfare of children, families and those having a disability.

She is survived by her children and their spouses: Linda and Richard Evans, Joan Arnold and Ron Schultz, Kathleen and Mark Haberer, and Donald Arnold, Jr., along with grandchildren Gregory Evans; Catherine Schultz; Thomas, Brian and Mary Haberer, and John Arnold.

The family will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrew Church in Upper Arlington with the interment beside her husband at Resurrection Cemetery.

In celebration of her life, memorials can be made to the Columbus Catholic Foundation or TAASC/Disabled Sports USA, 6000 Harriott Drive, Powell OH 43065.
