James J. Augustus, age 57, Monday Dec. 11, 2017 suddenly at his home.  Retired from NBC Channel 4 after 29 years of service.  Survived by daughters Christine Augustus and Leigh Ann Swayne; granddaughter Ryleigh; grandsons Sawyer and Jude; parents John and Joyce Augustus; sister Mary (Tim) Wiley; sister-in-law Belinda Augustus; nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by brother Michael Augustus.  Friends may call Thursday 4-7 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick  Church, 280 N. Grant Ave.  Burial St. Joseph Cemetery.
