Helen Elizabeth Nagel, passed away Monday February 13, 2017 at Kobacker House with her daughter, Kris, by her side. Born November 28, 1927 in Long Island, NY daughter of the late James and Edna (Murray) Simpkins. Also preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Charles Nagel and sister, Mary Jimanowicz. Survived by her daughter, Kristine Lynn (Louis D.) Pellissier; grandchildren, Daniel Louis (Leann) Pellissier, Sara Elizabeth (Christopher) Hanke, great-grandchildren, Ava Kristine, Chloe Michelle, Beau Louis, Anna Elizabeth; numerous other relatives including sister-in-law, Melanie E. Nagel; niece, Therese Nagy. Helen’s life can be defined by the people she loved and those who loved her. She was an avid reader and a fierce lover of life.  She will be missed and remember by all. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home Northwest Chapel 4661 Kenny Rd. where the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday. Burial to follow in Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in her memory to the Tranquility Garden at National Church Residence – Mill Run 3550 Fishinger Blvd Hilliard, OH 43026.
